Initiatives to promote the health of all employees

Health checks

We hold regular health checkups, which now include screening for various cancers, to promote the early detection of diseases.
We maintain a 100% attendance rate for regular health checkups and follow-up exams for employees. In addition, employees who become 45 years old can undergo a comprehensive medical checkup with their spouse.

TANAKA Health Challenge

This initiative aims to improve employees' exercise and eating habits to prevent illness and raise health awareness. Participants select goals they can easily achieve and work to improve their lifestyle habits for two months. Family members are also welcome to participate.

Measures to address health issues

To create an environment where employees can work in good physical and mental health, we established a 24-hour consultation hotline and a consultation with counselors, conduct stress checks, hold interviews with occupational physicians, and offer various training programs such as training on health issues specific to women line care training. We also support the early and successful return to work of people who have taken leave for mental health reasons.

Our goal for the health of all employees

Our goal is to create a workplace environment where all employees, our most valuable assets, can perform to the best of their abilities every day.
To that end, we aim to raise health awareness and promote the healthy behavior of employees through various initiatives, such as detailed support systems, health-related training, and thorough health checkups.

Promotion structure for initiatives

TANAKA Precious Metals has established a central health and safety committee to deliberate, confirm and evaluate the results of health-related initiatives and measures. The head of our organization overseeing health is the committee chairperson.
Under this committee, we established a specialized health department to advance efforts to prevent illness and promote the health of employees.
