NOx-free deodorization with low temperature combustion.
These catalysts utilize the catalytic action of precious metals to prevent odor pollution. Oxygen is bound in this catalytic combustion method, which produces no NOx, to convert the substance to odorless matter. Cost performance is also excellent as these precious metal catalysts can be burnt at low temperatures.
Features
Low running costs are realized with low-temperature combustion (200-300°C) , at temperatures about one-third of those of direct firing methods ( 800-900°C).
Precious metal can be recovered and recycled from spent catalysts.
Specific dimensions of the honeycomb carrier are also available.
