Tanaka Kikinzoku Kogyo K.K. and USA company Catalytic Solutions, Inc. have established a joint-venture company. In order to realize the goal of preservation of the global environment, catalysts which meet increasingly stringent emission regulations need to be developed. Furthermore, there is increased demand for development, manufacture and sale of catalysts which utilize less precious metals owing to escalating prices for these metals due to their scarcity.
