Reorganization of the Tanaka Kikinzoku Group
Each of the member companies of the Tanaka Kikinzoku Group has, with the implementation of the Group reorganization, been moved into a new system as of April 1, 2010, centered on Tanaka Holdings Co., Ltd, which operates as a pure holding company for the Group.
Purpose of the Reorganization of the Tanaka Kikinzoku Group
The purpose of the move to a new system centered on Tanaka Holdings Co., Ltd., as holding company for the Group, was to gain efficiency through the strengthening of the corporate governance system for each of the Tanaka Kikinzoku Group member companies, as well as through enhancing the speed of management decision making and flexible operations.
Under the new system and through the combined efforts of each of the companies in the Group, we will further strengthen “the promotion of safe operations,” “corporate trust” and “management based on a customer-first policy,” as well as work to implement “stable procurement” and “smoother operations.”
